“I can’t recommend PurrSnips enough!! We have two long haired Persian cats, and one is VERY spicy. Previously, he has been kicked out of several groomers, and we had resigned to getting him put under anesthesia for grooms - until we found PurrSnips!! They were able to get him groomed on “his terms” and are even allowing him to come back ? both of our cats look beautiful upon pickup and we can tell they were both handled with patience and care. “My dog looked great after his groom! They cut his hair exactly how I asked. My only complaint would be how long it took. My dog was there for 4 hours which seems a bit excessive when the actually bathing + haircut process would take around an hour.“

“This was my first time taking my fur-baby. I had been using a mobile company to groom my fur-baby but after pushing my appointment time back three hours I knew that I had to find something else. I went on Yelp and starting looking immediately and Broad Ripple Canine Design came up. I read the reviews and everything. Then made the call to see if I could get my fur-baby in for an appointment. The gentleman that took my call was very nice, professional, answered every question I had, let me know their process there and even how they cared for older dogs. Something very important to me being my fur-baby is older. I was able to get in for an appointment that next week and come to find out at the end of my call I was speaking with the owner the whole time. When it came time to take my fur-baby to her appointment everything went so smooth. The lady at the first desk, the actual lady that groomed my baby and other staff there. I needed my fur-baby paperwork stating that she was up to date. They called the Vet for me and the woman who groomed my fur-baby held her for me. I have never experienced so kindness and compassion like this. They told me what time to be back and when I arrived my baby was done. She looked amazing and the groomer had even given her treats. She let me know the name of the treats so that I could get some for at home. I absolutely love this place!! I will not take my fur-baby anywhere else. The love and care they gave my baby was above and beyond. They calmed me down especially with my baby being an older dog. If you are looking for a place that we give you and your fur-baby the right care this is the place.“

“We adopted 2 puppies in early August, and chose Coyne as their vet as recommendation from my partners mother. They have been VERY helpful. They are so quick to reply via email/text, and are always thorough and kind. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that when you arrive and there is a line of people it can become chaotic as there is no system to "get in line". A lot of the time, people who have just walked in will walk up to the counter and be helped before you even if you've been waiting for some time. Would be helpful if one side was for people waiting to be checked in the other for those checked in as people are often just standing around randomly. Or even a number system like the BMV? Not sure, but usually at least 10 people in the lobby when we arrive and it's a lot to navigate trying not to cut others but also trying not to be cut yourself.“
