This was my first time taking my fur-baby. I had been using a mobile company to groom my fur-baby but after pushing my appointment time back three hours I knew that I had to find something else. I went on Yelp and starting looking immediately and Broad Ripple Canine Design came up. I read the reviews and everything. Then made the call to see if I could get my fur-baby in for an appointment. The gentleman that took my call was very nice, professional, answered every question I had, let me know their process there and even how they cared for older dogs. Oh the convenience! Dropped my dog off at 8:30 and had free reign of my day to go grab him anytime before 5pm. The grooming was fantastic and priced fairly. I had precious and she was great to get the tangles out of my doggie's hair. They do take credit card but charge a service fee so cash is king. Overall thrilled with the service here. Wonderful customer service and high quality grooming. Every employee loves on our dog like he is their own. When he (and we) were given an end of life diagnosis, the owner's understanding and compassion was above and beyond what we could have ever wished for! Getting an appointment can take a bit but it's definitely worth the wait!
