We went with this company for a new a/c and furnace install with the Costco discount. There were some minor issues but they worked them out quickly. They have been great with maintenance appts as well.

I had a gas furnace and electric a/c unit installed and everything went smooth. The tech guys (3 of them) were extremely polite. They put shoe covers on and off all day and worked hard. They cleaned up everything and explained how all the new thermostats worked. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Control Tech, the service and the people!!! They are friendly and most importantly amazing at what they do.Curtis M and Brad with the plumbing department are the real deal. We returned from vacation to no hot water, and less than 24 hours later we had a brand new water heater installed in an extremely tricky location. Curtis told us they would make it work and they did! I am so glad that they have added a plumbing department as now I know we are in good hands.
