Their prices are competitive, if not the best price. They are honest in their advice. They recommend what is best suited for your needs as opposed to what is the most profitable for them. The will not under sell something that will be problematic and will not oversell more than you need to increase their profits. When my heat pump stopped cooling a few years back, they were the only one of 4 different companies to actually take my information. They used this to confirm that the unit was still under warranty and would be able to fix the unit without requiring charging for the unit. When I eventually decided to replace/upgrade my entire heat-pump several years later, they were the first and only company I called. They gave me a great quote with multiple options to choose from and even allowed for a combination of a couple of the options. Installation was done professionally and respectfully and has been working great ever since.

Came to fix our heat that was out (and after another company came and didn't fix it correctly) on the coldest day of 2020 - also Christmas Eve. The owner came himself at 11:45p and into Christmas early morning. He made it work and scheduled a tech to come finish installation of the correct permanent part later in the week. Very grateful for the late night restoration of heat for a family with an infant and young children on Christmas Eve night.
