5 Stars for Control Tech! I have used Control Tech for my furnace and A/C servicing for the last 5 years. This winter it was time to replace the HVAC. Jeremy came out quickly and gave me a quote. He was great - he spent time explaining the different options and answered all my questions. Control Tech was able to install my new system within 2 weeks. The installation was done by Brayden (lead) and Austin (assistant) - they did a great job, were very professional, fully cleaned up the space after the install, and installed my new thermostat / explained how to use it. Jeremy filed paperwork for my registration and my rebate credit with CenterPoint Energy. Full service!
Just had my heating tune up this week by Austin. I liked how he took his time and did a good job he also recommend a couple of things that could help my system last longer. I will be requesting him for my summer tune up on the air conditioning Thanks Austin
If there is any upside to replacing a furnace three days before Christmas it was the excellent service we received! From the initial sales call, to helping us get what we needed, to the amazing techs that spent the day installing our unit- everything was top notch!
