“Wanted hair extensions but with my thin hair I did a lot of research and eventually tried tape ins with terrible results. As a travel nurse in the Indy area I found Lauren at LB extensions. She was amazing. Not only do I have thin hair I have thyroid issues too.

I walked in for a consultation one evening and we had me scheduled the next day to put my extensions in. She was open and honest about price, took the time to explain everything that would happen on installation day. The next day came and I left feeling wonderful about myself and more confident.

On my 6wk appt we tried a different technique to see how it would work. After a couple weeks my hair was not sitting right. I text Lauren she got me in that day fixed my hair and I walked out very happy.

Lauren is very accommodating personable and a joy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to do extensions and are in the fence.“

She also helped me find products and guidance on what will work for my hair because I have been struggling with that. “I just adore Nicole! She is always ready to give me her vision and opinion on what to do with my hair, and she’s quick to formulate a plan and explain it to me thoroughly. I had my hair highlighted recently for the first time in almost 4 years, and she paid particular attention to my baby hairs so that they wouldn’t be over processed and damaged. Her personality is super friendly and engaging, too. I always enjoy my time visiting with her.

Follow up: I went to Nik while Nicole is on maternity leave, and she was also so good!! I love what she did to my hair! She was easy to chat with, and I’m excited to see what she does with my color in a few months. EM is great!!“

“Dawn has been my hair stylist for over 20 years now and has been my husband's stylist for over 25 years now. We moved out of Zionsville in 2012, but continue to go to Dawn for all our hair needs and we will continue to do so indefinitely. It has become MUCH more difficult to get last minute appointments as she has so many clients who go to no one but her (to me, that speaks volumes!) We try to make multiple appointments in advance so we are able to see our favorite stylist for all our needs! Throughout the years she's helped me mentally and with a different cut to try to make my hair look thicker (I have always had enough hair on my head for THREE people) when my hair fell out (over 60% of it at one point due to medical issues), She has done relaxers on my hair and has done highlights for me. She did a lot of research and was willing to try different products and methods to help relax/straighten my hair as the back became extremely curly after I had our son but the rest remained straight and it was extremely frustrating for me to style it as the texture difference caused issues. I'm NOT good with change but decided to try different cuts and now highlights since my blonde hair has become MUCH darker blonde since I'm not out in the sun as much as I used to be. She also waxes my eyebrows for me. My husband sees her every 3 weeks and we are both extremely pleased with her work and we have become lifelong friends. We know all about each other's lives, families and general "goings on" in each other's lives after so many years developing our relationships with her. She is absolutely worth the wait if you are looking for a new stylist!

I am HORRIBLE at taking selfies since I rarely do it but I wanted to try to show my most recent cut and highlights. It's ok to judge my terrible selfies! ?

Requested style: Dawn wants her clients to get what they want but WILL be honest if your hair isn't the right thickness, etc for the desired cut. She will also be honest if she thinks her client will be unhappy with a color they are thinking of dying their hair. She held sample extensions up to my face so I could see the color would be EXTREMELY unflattering for me but allowed me to make the decision myself... but she made sure I was able to make a very informed decision.
