“I had a list of near by salons and was calling them one by one to see if anyone could fit us in before monday...Since it was Friday and school started back on Monday everyone was fully booked. Then I called benchmark and Shod answered. He took the time to ask all the stylists and when they were full he was able to fit us in the next day with him. My daughter got highlights and long layers and it turned out exactly how she wanted it. I told him if he did a good job and I liked it I would make an appointment for myself. I have my appointment this week!!“

“I have been asking the people at the Great Clips Town and Country location when Debbie was working. At first they told me she was on medical leave. I kept calling and asking when she would be back and was told she was no longer at that location.. I specifically asked her new location and was told she was working at the Kroger on Logan Street.Debbie is a very caring and friendly. Age did a great job cutting my hair.I give her 5 stars. The run around trying to find out where she was moved too was ridiculous!I would give them a 0 stars“
