“Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. “I sadly didn’t catch the name of my plumber but he came out quick fixed my sewer main blockage fast explaining along the way if I could give more than 5 stars I would I was quoted for sewer main replacement by multiple companies and another company failed to clear my main took him all of an hour to fix it and save me thousands“

Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained.
