Great job done by a very good craftsman Matt. Matt replaced my water heater,new hot and cold lines above,3/4 inch ball valve for shut off and expansion tank. The office staff was a pleasure to work with also. Thank you all for a job well done.

I live in St. John and i like to support local businesses, so I called these great folks up for a plumbing emergency I was having and they were out within a couple hours to get my problem resolved. The Office and service tech were very professional and very pleasant to talk to. I would 100% recommend them for your plumbing needs and I will be using them again when the time comes.

I would definitely hire V&L again. I had a toilet that was running, a bathroom sink handle that was difficult to turn on and off, and a kitchen sink with low water pressure. They fixed everything in one visit.Coordinating the service call was easy. Most was coordinated via text. They had me text pictures of the problems before hand, and they arrived with replacement parts.I always like to understand problems and troubleshooting. They throughly explained the solutions to the issues I had.The price paid was reasonable, however I was surprised that billing was shop to shop, versus time on site, despite this not being an emergency call out.
