My furnace quit during one of the coldest days and Kirby Heating was able to quickly get it working. I’ve found that they are very dependable and customer focused. Ive had very positive experiences and their technical knowledge is excellent.

Woke up to a chilly house as the furnace wasn’t working. Called Kirby before they opened and left a voicemail. Recieved a text from Robert shortly thereafter letting me know they received my message and someone would be contacting me after the office opened. I was called shortly before 8 am and they had someone ready to come out and 45 minutes after their arrival we were fixed up and running again! We highly recommend Kirby for any HVAC needs!

Everyone I have spoken to have been polite, actually listened to me, and are knowledgeable. The service has been prompt, very reasonably priced, and thorough. I would highly recommend Kirby for HVAC issues if the need arises.
