I contacted this company and was told a time frame for a person to come out and look at my ice maker . First day no show , second day no show, third day gave me a quote and needed to order a part. Was told it would be most likely right after thanks giving , flash forward at Christmas I’m calling daily asking for a update to be told that they would contact the technician… nothing . Terrible service is being kind

These people are dishonest. They put a faulty part in my dishwasher and then blamed it on my plumbing when I called later that evening to tell them my dishwasher was still leaking. Over the next 3 weeks, they kept telling me that they were ordering another part because it was under a 3 year warranty. They kept extending the time it was supposed to be in, finally they told me they weren't going to replace it and said they would refund me which they never did. They go by Neon's appliance repair. The repairman is "Kenny". I've filed a report with the BBB if anyone would like to read the full complaint. They never did respond to the BBB and they are not accredited by them either.
