“Haney Marlin and his crew definitely deserve 10 stars out of 5. They went above and beyond. They were the least expensive of the four quotes I received and let me tell you...this guy is knowledgeable, is detail oriented (he went around the house himself to be sure all the nails and remnants were picked up), was honest and took back the extra material that was not needed so we would not have to pay for it.

It's been over 2 years since they replaced our roof and I wanted to give the company 5 stars right away, but waited to make sure that there were no issues or leaks before posting this and well...life got me sidetracked and I forgot to come back and review. “Where do i start? I initially wanted my eaves and roof replaced, then asked them to redo my vinyl siding as well. It was decided that my shingles didn't need to be replaced yet, so we talked about what I wanted, what they thought was best. They made suggestions that turned out AMAZING. Eavestroughs, soffits, fascia, and siding, my house looks brand new. They even swapped out window trim 1/2 way through the project cuz we all noticed it didnt match the siding very well. Despite rain, wind, and some very stubborn wasps (kept building hives in the eaves or soffits everytime one was sprayed or knocked down) they just kept going. “We requested estimates from 3 different Roofing companies. 2 companies responded with estimates they did using google satellite and never came to look at the job in person. Matt Deckard of Knox Services showed up and spent time on our roof expecting everything. Once his inspection was completed, he provided, not an estimate, but a total exact price with a list of items needed. He carried roofing samples with him to shorten the time of instillation wait. Not only that, but he explained that being prior Military I would receive a discount and a rebate from the shingle manufacture. We accepted his bid. A few days later his crew showed up and completed the job in one day. It involved removing everything including the decking and an old chimney no longer in use. When they were done, the crew cleaned up the mess. The new roof looks great. I would highly recommend Knox Services to anyone needing a new roof, especially those that served our country.“
