“The staff here are excellent. They surgeon is very sweet and so are the techs. My 2 year old pitty mix had a torn ACL and they were able to do x-rays and get a game plan all in one appointment and were able to schedule the surgery within a month. They don't offer payment plans, but do offer some sort of pay-back credit and I do believe they take pet insurance.Their quote included everything; cone, implant hardware, anesthesia, medications as well as 2 follow up visits. I hope I don't have to see them in the future, but I will definitely go back to them if I ever need vet surgery services again. They took very good care of my pup and she is doing so well!“

“My girlfriend brought in our kitty, who we found abandoned at a very young age. She couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. We had noticed the kitty became extremely lethargic out of the blue, and we knew something wasn't right. They got her in right away with no questions asked. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it through. My girlfriend was heartbroken, sobbing. The girls helped to console her, and the Dr's told her not to worry about payment. (Which made her start sobbing even more). This was just a reminder that there really are still amazing people out there with big hearts.<br><br>To add to it, they sent a card in the mail expressing their condolences, and a few of the ladies even hand wrote their messages on the card.<br><br>This is an example of exemplary customer service and a situation where they did what was right and not just collected payment for their services.
