They always provide excellent care, and they’re always very accommodating. The staff is so sweet to my cat and myself anytime we come in. I know I can trust them with my pet’s health!

I like the online booking options and app to view past appointments. I have most recently had great experiences with Dr. Rice and Dr. Sponsler regarding diagnosis/follow up of conditions for each cat. I am so grateful to this clinic for treating my cats well! They were also graciously flexible if I have to leave pets for a blood draw or urine collection. The technicians and vet nurses are all very polite and prompt. I get quick responses when I email the clinic. Appreciate every one of you!

This place is the best. I have a 14 year old doxin he was throwing up and having diarrhea and not eating. He has a heart murmur and kidney disease. His primary vet said they would see him in 2 weeks, so I went to another vet who gave him an appetite stimulant and did blood work and said that his liver was failing and they would see him in a week to do an ultrasound. All while he continued to get worse. I've been to Broad Ripple in the past and stopped going because we moved so the drive was longer. I went back for a second opinion. They were straight forward with me, explained what his blood tests were and how we could help him until they were able to do the ultra sound....read full review
