Our speech therapist, Miss Katie ( as my son calls her) was so amazing to work with. She was cheerful, very informative and resourceful when I had questions on how to help my child on the days she wasn’t there. Dr. Shultz was prompt and explained the procedure making me comfortable. “I absolutely love the people there.Dr kundi, Kat, Ashley, Mo-lo and Mallory. Very caring. Problem I have is I can't get thru their lines for assistance from the actual office. I get a call service who in turns sends a message to the office. I have a matter to speak to them about and called 7 days ago and never received a reply. It seems like my messages are never responded to since this call service took over.

“I had to go in for a routine procedure (endoscopy) to determine if I had an autoimmune disease associated with some symptoms I’ve been having. Procedure went well, no concerns/complaints and I didn’t remember a thing about the procedure itself.

Bill (a nurse), Adam (the anesthesiologist) and a plethora of other nurses were fantastic.

I had one poor experience.

The second from last nurse I had made comments about me coming down from anesthesia, making comments like “don’t act high, we didn’t give you narcotics”. I personally get very anxious/nervous when coming down from any kind of sedation and when I do, I tend to a nervous giggle/twitch from anxiety. My fiancé was in the room and immediately his ears perked up, and he started listening in.

Then shortly after, I was asking questions about the procedure because they stated they didn’t see anything, and I was told by that same nurse that it was extremely unlikely that I had this condition because I was “too big” and didn’t fit the criteria. Which is 100% untrue (she did not use the words fat, but the comment was suggestive enough for me to understand what she meant by it).

I am a little larger than average, about 165-175lbs on a bad day, and her comments absolutely crushed me because I’ve been on a weight loss journey and have lost about 30/40lbs in the past year. She made similar comments of how I would’ve had this condition since I was young, and that these people are “sticky skinny, pale and anemic” (which I was all of those for years until I gave birth to my last child) and that these conditions are “lifelong” and “don’t suddenly appear” (I was told the opposite by my physician).

All in all, it was a pleasant experience until the very end. I may have to get another procedure done here and I would trust them enough to confirm a diagnosis. But some, I’d recommend, should take another course on bedside manner.“

“I have been seeing Dr Guyer for over 26 years. I cannot say enough about how much he has helped my immune system and keeping it strong. Recently I did the shock therapy for an upper shoulder issue and it was very incredibly amazing what this did to reduce the pain. His staff is very caring and professional as well.“

I did an edit to my review because there was only 1 bad review, and it was because it took so long for drug test results. This was not an actual fault of FBSS. This is NOT a lab. It is a collection site who sends the specimens to a lab for actual testing. They have ZERO control on how long results from the LAB take to get. I just think it's important to be informed prior to giving reviews. Some are too quick and don't know anything about the place they're actually reviewing.“

“About a month ago, I was told by my primary doctor, because my grandmother died of breast cancer, there was a possibility I didn't have to wait until I was 40 for a screening. I made an appointment with Community East Breast Cancer Center. This morning I went to my appointment and at check in I was told that I had to sign a waiver, saying that if Anthem(my insurance) didn't cover the cost I was responsible for the cost out-of-pocket. ($570.00) no big deal. I just would have wanted to know ahead of time therefore I could have spoken to Anthem. They lady told me that I have 20 mins they could wait before re-schedule. I got anthem on the phone and they confirmed me that this was a part of my plan after I'm in the waiver as quickly talk back to the example of by Miss Deb.Deb was very nice and comforting. She did my exam and walked me through it step-by-step. I was very shocked, surprised that the exam only took about 10 minutes. She explained to me that I was a baseline patient which other than my family medical history I had no other concerns because this was my first exam and I had nothing to compare the images to. So if there was nothing of concern found on the exams today there is no concern. Overall my experience was good and I'd encourage this in the community health network to ask about the breast cancer screenings.“
