“10/10 Experience. Dr. Tolle and his team run a 1st class facility. Not only was the trip and visit enjoyable, but my pain levels decreased almost immediately. I showed up with a 7-8/10, and left with a 1-2. I was standing taller and walking straighter. Don't be hesitant and scared of the process. Trust him and his team. Needless to say, I'll be back. “I called the office daily for two weeks. I was automatically put in the que to wait. Every time I was the next caller, after waiting 20 minutes, the phone would hang up on me. My husband needed a recheck on kidney stones so at week three, I drove to the office to make an appointment. When I complained to the front office lady she told me, "Yes, I have heard that that happens." What??? Somebody needs to get this under control.“

I did an edit to my review because there was only 1 bad review, and it was because it took so long for drug test results. This was not an actual fault of FBSS. This is NOT a lab. It is a collection site who sends the specimens to a lab for actual testing. They have ZERO control on how long results from the LAB take to get. I just think it's important to be informed prior to giving reviews. Some are too quick and don't know anything about the place they're actually reviewing.“

“I have been to this clinic about five times in the past year and have had great service each time.-Parking can be a pain, but with early appointments I never had issued with street parking.-Office is always clean and fresh feeling.-I have yet to wait over five minutes to be seen in the waiting room, once in the doctors office I was typically seen very quickly.-Nurses have all been exceptional so far.-Doctors have been professional and attentive.-Easy to schedule online appoints.This clinic has been an exceptional choice for all my needs so far.“

I get a call service who in turns sends a message to the office. I have a matter to speak to them about and called 7 days ago and never received a reply. It seems like my messages are never responded to since this call service took over.
