“My experience with Dr Wilson of Oak Street Health went very well, from the beginning to the end! I like my doctor very much! Her bedside manner is great; friendly, pleasant, patience and knowledgeable! I would recommend her and Oak Street Health to family and friends!“
“I definitely recommend Lauren for physical therapy. She has helped me with a reverse shoulder replacement and a knee replacement. I am currently doing well!“
“My doctor retired and I had to find a new physician.
Dr. Schuster is fantastic! She is very personable, was thorough, was a good listener, asked pertinent questions and gave me some great referrals for some issues. I'm so glad I chose to go to her!“
“REALLY great experience. The doctor and nurse were both sensitive, communicative, and accommodating. I've seen other primary care physicians who were not nearly as helpful. Would highly recommend.“
“I’m so very blessed and grateful to have Dr. Sorkin literally put me back together! My car accident happened in September of 2020 and my life was saved and also saved my legs! I basically had my foot ripped off my leg. The idea that I could still have it is shocking I couldn’t ask for anyone better, including more kind and caring about doing anything that is best suited for me! He is 5 star in any category there is! He has become like family to me! I’m so grateful that I could never say enough or put into words. Thank you Dr. Sorkin, forever my hero!“
“I called the office daily for two weeks. I was automatically put in the que to wait. Every time I was the next caller, after waiting 20 minutes, the phone would hang up on me. My husband needed a recheck on kidney stones so at week three, I drove to the office to make an appointment. When I complained to the front office lady she told me, "Yes, I have heard that that happens." What??? Somebody needs to get this under control.“
“A great place for physical therapy. The staff is both helpful and friendly.very knowledgeable about workman’s comp. Paperwork and forms. A great place to put you and easy .“
“I have been seeing Dr Guyer for over 26 years. I cannot say enough about how much he has helped my immune system and keeping it strong. Recently I did the shock therapy for an upper shoulder issue and it was very incredibly amazing what this did to reduce the pain. His staff is very caring and professional as well.“
“Dr. A and his staff has taken great care of me for years now. They are very nice and friendly.. I would highly recommend them!“

“I had what I considered a real emergency situation. I couldn't sleep, I was irritated and red in some places on my body from the itching. I couldn't take it another day, my Dermatologist is closed on Wednesday, couldn't get a same day appointment at my primary care doctor. I had seen my Dermatologist a week earlier but he gave me an injection in hopes that would take care of my situation. It seemed to help but honestly didn't stop all the itching. Anyway I found myself sitting in the International Urgent Care parking lot. No other cars were on the lot but I just figured they were on lunch but they hadn't opened yet for the day. About 30 minutes later a black SUV pulled up. I knew this had to be the doctor, and maybe his wife. I waited for them to open the door and turn on the lights then I went up to the door only to find out it wasn't officially business hours yet. They wouldn't open til 3:30. I explained my situation to his wife and he heard my distress and came up front. He told me he would see me, thank God. Dr Khan is so professional, knowledgeable and caring. He read over my paperwork before he came into the room like a good doctor should. He explained to me what he thought could be the problem, explained what he would administer to me to help me. Even though I had wrote down all my medications I take, he still confirm each one with me. He made me feel like he really understood me and assured me he could help and he did. He gave me an injection in my left arm and told me he would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes to see if I had a reaction to it and I didn't. He told me he would also give me an injection of Benadryl which he did and waited again to see if I would have a reaction to it and I didn't. Thank God. When he came in the next time he explained that he was going to follow up with a steroid and some Atarax. He told me how to take the steroids and the Atarax which was detailed on the prescription. He also told me to get some Aveeno moisturizer, I already had the Aveeno bath. To make it short he wants to follow-up with me in 3 weeks. It's been an exceptional experience being seen by Dr Khan and his wife. She was so pleasant, both were. I told him I need him for my primary care doctor, that's how much I truly appreciated all the attention and care he provided. Thank you, Doctor Khan and your wife for such good care. If you need a good urgent care doctor and your insurance is approved, Dr Khan is the right doctor.“
“Dr. Yoder is absolutely amazing! I had a bad experience in the past at a prior chiropractor so I was hesitant to believe in chiropractor care. I am a firm believer now in Chiro care thanks to Dr. Yoder. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, showed me my X-rays, and answered all of my numerous questions. My pain in my upper shoulder immediately went away after the first visit with him. I have been dealing with this pain on and off for years. I continue to see him regularly to keep my body aligned and to prevent any pain from reoccurring. I’m just amazed how long I’ve suffered with pain and Dr. Yoder healed me so quickly with no medications, no long hours of physical therapy, and no hundreds of dollars of doctor bills. He truly is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients.“
“Dr. Johnstone has been my doctor 25 years and he has always provided excellent care. He is very thorough and makes time for his patients.“
“Well run clinic. Great for international travelers. Current information from CDC and the State Department. They reviewed my medications, medical history, vaccinations, and recommended inoculations and medicines appropriate to my travel plans to Rwanda and Tanzania. I also received the yellow International Certificate of Vaccination as Approved by the World Heath Organization. I highly recommend Passport Health.“
“I visited this clinic for doing a USCIS medical checkup and I found Dr. Houman Kiani as a very helpful and considerate physician. I really recommend Dr. Kiani's service (y)“
“I got an appointment very quick and the staff and Dr. Stevens were professional and thorough.“

“The next step today has finally arrived, surgery to remove the cataract from my friend's left eye. It's now 1:00 p.m. The building is located downtown at 1901 N. Meridian Street with parking as you enter or in the lot behind the building with signs directing you to the Eye Specialist parking lot. There are three entrances to the building, with one facing the front next to Meridian Street, the back entrance close to the parking lot, and one reserved only for unloading the transportation vans on the side of the building. If your support/family drives, I suggest parking in the back parking lot because it is free and convenient, and the back entrance usually has a person standing by the back door to provide guidance. They were super nice!! Just pull directly off Meridian Street entrance and go straight back to the parking lot. I personally felt the waiting area was extremely narrow and congested with approximately 10 chairs lining the walls. I guess you don't need to stay after your loved one is taken to surgery since it takes at least 2 hours plus to complete the process before you're allowed to see them. We were told the procedure would take an hour or an hour and a half, but it was much longer at 3 hours. Many people in the waiting area were complaining about the length of time the surgeries were taking. Everyone was getting tired of the long day, being hungry, and then many were concerned with missing work and their employers' reactions. Since the patients aren't allowed to eat anything until the surgery is complete, it makes for many famished patients. However, it is more of a nice bonus for those waiting on the patients. The cafe had several types of cold beverages, hot coffee with flavored coffeemate, hot chocolate chip cookies, and bags of different types of chips. It helped knock the edge off until the patient was released. Bring a jacket with you if you're cold natured. The air is on, and it's notably chilly like all surgery centers. I was fine but my friend and several others were cold. Every surgery center deals with the chilly issue. Darn, those germs!! The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive with the patients. The ladies at the two desks in the waiting area were taking many additional questions while trying to perform their daily jobs. I rate the transportation services 10 out of 10. Patients who have scheduled evaluation services and cataract surgery can use their transportation services. There is no need to ask a family member or friend to miss work all day. You can be picked up at home, hotel, or work, and brought to the Keystone office for elevation, then picked up again, taken for surgery downtown, and then driven home afterward. You do not need to call each time you need tranported as the office staff calls immediately after your appointment. However, you need to make the initial call. This must be scheduled prior to your appointment. Well planned work schedules help the drivers seem to run seamlessly with spotless interiors and exterior of their well-marked company vans, their extremely organized, safe drivers, and attentive to each patient. Each patient can transport one friend or family member with them in the van. The 2 transportation drivers I met today were delightful. Polite, professional, sympathetic, and so personable. Each one was totally phenomenal. Where do they find these employees? Again, 10 out of 10. They handle their examinations scheduling with their various offices throughout the Indy area differently than my othomotogologist office and surgery center, but it seems to work for them. Rock on!“
“I had to go in for a routine procedure (endoscopy) to determine if I had an autoimmune disease associated with some symptoms I’ve been having. Procedure went well, no concerns/complaints and I didn’t remember a thing about the procedure itself.
Bill (a nurse), Adam (the anesthesiologist) and a plethora of other nurses were fantastic.
I had one poor experience.
The second from last nurse I had made comments about me coming down from anesthesia, making comments like “don’t act high, we didn’t give you narcotics”. I personally get very anxious/nervous when coming down from any kind of sedation and when I do, I tend to a nervous giggle/twitch from anxiety. My fiancé was in the room and immediately his ears perked up, and he started listening in.
Then shortly after, I was asking questions about the procedure because they stated they didn’t see anything, and I was told by that same nurse that it was extremely unlikely that I had this condition because I was “too big” and didn’t fit the criteria. Which is 100% untrue (she did not use the words fat, but the comment was suggestive enough for me to understand what she meant by it).
I am a little larger than average, about 165-175lbs on a bad day, and her comments absolutely crushed me because I’ve been on a weight loss journey and have lost about 30/40lbs in the past year. She made similar comments of how I would’ve had this condition since I was young, and that these people are “sticky skinny, pale and anemic” (which I was all of those for years until I gave birth to my last child) and that these conditions are “lifelong” and “don’t suddenly appear” (I was told the opposite by my physician).
All in all, it was a pleasant experience until the very end. I may have to get another procedure done here and I would trust them enough to confirm a diagnosis. But some, I’d recommend, should take another course on bedside manner.“
“First time visit. Got registered, checked in, and seen fairly quickly.
No complaints! ?“
“My family has been going to Oliver Family Healthcare since we moved to Indy in 1995. Without exception the services and staff are wonderful.“
