Excellent Little clinic and the only one I'm told in Northern Indiana north of Indy. The only reason it's for instead of five stars for me is the fact that they have very limited hours due to staffing. But I love the ease of use. The NP is so knowledgeable and friendly. And she really makes it easy!! I hope we always have passport health right here in Fort Wayne. Thank You

The Good: I was greeted by Lauren, Outstanding! My nurse, Dee Dee was excellent in every way. I loved being able to make my appointment online and fill out my forms online, ahead of time. When I arrived at the office, the woman who assisted me was very friendly and organized. I was seen right on time for my appointment, which was unexpected. Their whole system is very helpful - from giving you a booklet outlining what is going on in the countries you intend to visit, to looking up and printing out all the shots and vaccines you've had over the years in the state of Florida, to giving you a little vaccination passport to carry with you when you travel. My doctor recommended Passport Health and I see why. The people were responsive and the CDC information was presented professionally and concisely. You get all the health information you need and can purchase kits for various situations, but most importantly, get the shots you need to travel safely. The nurse I met with was professional as well as engaging and easy to talk to. Well informed and communicated clearly, she helped guide me through decisions, and she carried out the prescriptions efficiently, effectively with attention to detail and follow through.
