I had an extremely negative experience with this person/business. They stole a picture of my phone and tried to pass it off as their own, falsely advertising phones they don't even have. When confronted about using my copyrighted images, they acknowledged it but continued to use them anyway. This is very misleading, and it's clear they are trying to get people to order phones under false pretenses. Be careful and make sure you're dealing with someone trustworthy — if they're willing to steal photos, who knows what else they might do. Definitely not someone I would trust or recommend doing business with.

I bought a iPad 7 from them off of Mercari and waiting to add it to my data plan until after the holidays. When I did try to add it the iPad came up as LOST/STOLEN for my carrier!! I contacted them and they told me to “just use it as a regular iPad”. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t have bought one with cellular capabilities. Now they will not respond to try and make it right.

Very professional and reasonably priced! I have gotten three iPhones and no issues! I would most definitely recommend Lutech wireless to anyone looking for a new phone or accessories!
