Thought the issue was screen related. When they placed the new screen on and that didn't fix the problem, they put the old screen back and didn't charge me for the time spent (which was amazing of them to do).

Wonderful customer service by Brittany Zweck. My phone was able to fixed just like new. It was completed earlier than the estimated time. Will recommend this business and location to friends and family.

I dropped my computer off paid a deposit to find out I wasn't supposed to do so because of it being company property. Tech wasn't sure to refund my deposit, however received a call from Brittany, who reassured a refund was due to not having the chance to troubleshoot the device. Thanks Brittany and rest assure I will definitely use your company for future needs.
