This is a review from an employee perspective. I’ve been working for Lucas lawn care for about 5 months now, and it is genuinely the best job I’ve ever had. I was a car salesman before, worked terrible hours, never was home, and made just barely enough to get by. Now, I have significantly more time home, my quality of life is much better, and I can do the things financially that I want. If you just show up to work and are present, your pay will reflect that.
