I had some leaking around one of my windows and contacted Lathrop to come look at the house and quote the project. They were extremely responsive, identified the issue almost immediately, and were able to quote the job fast. Scott was responsive to any of my questions between signing the contract and the work actually being done. They gave me an accurate timeframe for the work to be done.
