I have used these guys for multiple rental unit installations and cleaning services, as well as contracted jobs for my construction business - they are always punctual and professional. This morning, we gave them a call because our home's central air was not cooling properly (compressor was not running). They had a tech (Isaac) here by noon to diagnose. He was very polite and informed me of all my options. Since our system is now 21+ years old, I feared that we were looking at thousands of dollars for a replacement. Not today! He said the capacitor appeared to be shot, and he was right. They stock a universal replacement in their van, so he had me up and running within about 90 minutes. Then they came up with what would work best for the church and those in those offices. They installed individual units in two offices and you would never know they had been in those offices; everything back in place and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
