I asked someone for help and got back smart and rude comments. She didn't even want to listen to what I was trying to ask. Luckily I found what I needed without her assistance. No thanks.

I just wanted to say "thank you" to Rhonda and all of the staff that took care of picking up a playset for me. I had been working with Home Depot corporate for nearly two months to get it picked up, but to no avail. I called this local Greenwood store and Rhonda was kind and helpful. Not only that, but they came and picked up the playset the same day! I will be using this Home Depot in the future for my home improvement needs. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

I was looking for a particular rolling tool cabinet that said it was in stock but we couldn't find it. Sabrina from the customer service counter walked the store to help us try to find it and when we couldn't she placed the order for us to pick it up later. The next day I unfortunately found that it had a dent in the bottom corner when I took it back Sabrina helped us again with the return and placing an order for a new. Even said when we pick it up again we will unbox it at the store to make sure it's good. Great customer service all around from a great employee.
