“If I could give more stars, I would. We hired Reed’s to perform regular cleaning of my elderly mother’s townhouse. Jeannie is very easy to work with, is a great communicator, always showing up on time, consistently doing a thorough job with high attention to detail and generally making extra effort to improve the livability & cleanliness of the house. She always ran some laundry (ex.bedding) while she visited. Billing is always prompt, easy and with no surprises. She is also very personable and kind, earning a trusted status and making Mom feel special and cared for. There has been absolutely no drama whatsoever with this professional and polite provider, making Reed’s really stand out from the crowd.
