They say they close at 8 and I called in for my prescription that I lost at 5 pm and can only get the operator. Completely busted place but I wish they would answer bc I NEED THE PRESCRIPTION

I've had several issues with the quality of care at this location. The staff were not very friendly and even refused to fax my valid prescription to other providers on two separate occasions. However, the Vision Care Center at the Columbia City Walmart is very helpful if you are looking for something similar and still roughly in this area!

I had an appointment today and it went very well, I was welcomed as a new Patient and treated me with the most respect and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. Nothing but smiles and made sure I got what I needed. I will always be willing to go back to them!
