I'm reviewing after my first visit due to a change in insurance. I was not impressed by the front desk team member. She was on the phone when I came in and was impacare with the caller because she had "a patient that needs checked in". I was more than happy to wait and expressed that, but she told the caller she "couldn't wait" and would have to put them on hold if they couldn't decide, presumably about an appointment date and time. Just went there today for my first visit. I was very happy with them. Everyone was very sweet and gracious. The doctor was nice and very thorough in his exam. The lady I talked with while choosing my frames was very patient with me and so nice while I was deciding on frames for 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again.PS...Pardon the username... My son must have went and changed it. (YIKES)

I had a great experience today at Midwest. I called on short notice to try to get an exam. They were able to get me in same day. Every single person was kind and helpful. They doctor was great. Answered all my questions. Explained everything. I had a horrible eye exam a few months back and he explained why it was bad and what corrections needed made. Got my new glassed from another store, but I can say the doctor nailed the prescription. I havent seen this well in almost 2 years! Thank you!
