Synergistic Body has been a great benefit. I went to them to increase mobility that I have lost as I have gotten older and it has made a huge difference. Something as simple as looking over my shoulder used to be difficult and even cause sharp pain is no longer an issue. Without a doubt worth the 5 star rating.

Josh is very knowledgeable when it comes to how the body moves and functions throughout daily activities. I recently had injured my shoulder, which caused some daily routines to become painful and lifting weights difficult. Josh took the time to explain what was going on in my shoulder and why it was effecting me the way it was. He showed me various motions and exercises to do to help the shoulder move how it should. Synergistic is the real deal, hands down, whether you prioritize a great workout, clean facilities, or awesome staff, this place has it all. Not only is Josh, (owner), great at training and working with his patrons, he also holds the expertise to get you headed in the right direction, wherever that may be. I was put onto Synergistic after hearing great things from athletes chasing optimization in their performance. He tailors his client's workouts specific to their needs, with the first couple sessions looking to evaluate exactly that.
