So much more than a gym! The trainers have a whole life approach that helps to improve and heal more than just physical well-being. I'm really enjoying learning and improving and seeing where this challenge takes me!

In the short time I’ve observed The WorXout, I have seen the care and commitment that the trainers have dedicated to the clients. They truly care for the clients’ progression and train them with the intent to better their lives. I can’t wait to see more of The WorXout and how it will continue to improve!

The WorXout is the BEST and this is coming from someone who has avoided strenuous exercise most of his life :) I've been a part of the family for six weeks now and I've already noticed so many improvements, from flexibility to definition and I have these wonderful people to thank (specifically Erin and Clay!).My butt is kicked every day, and in the best possible way. I've learned so much and feel motivated from start to finish! Money and time well spent. Looking forward to continuing my journey with these guys!
