Planet Fitness, home of Big Fitness Energy™, is a gym with helpful and considerate staff members, such as Cameron, Cassidy, and Landon. The facilities are clean and provide a fun environment for working out. The gym has a wide range of equipment and is highly recommended. However, there is only a limited number of stalls in the men's bathroom, which is something to be aware of. With over 2,400 locations and a mobile app, Planet Fitness offers many opportunities to experience the benefits of Big Fitness Energy™.
My first visit today….. Very Friendly staff. Two bars on the crowd meter is surprisingly crowded for 9am but the spa amenities were available without any wait (light therapy, massage chairs/bed) Gym was clean and had no smell. No one was slamming weights or screaming. Love that they are open 24/7 so No complaints.
I hope planet fitness does well, but they need to get rid of a few policies that are likely to turn into class actions. Mainly, needing to be at your home location to cancel service, while also charging you months after payments were declined. I paid up, but I've received checks in the mail for class action lawsuits that were over things much less than this.
We really haven't had any bad experiences at any of the planet fitness locations! My only suggestion is to maybe color code the different black card options like the tanning beds, and massage beds! I have gone to different locations and they assume I want a tan. I dont always say hydro and apparently this is confusing to them and I. So maybe change the colors to coordinate with the sign in sheet because they all look the same. Thanks!
