I called because our furnace was acting weird and I got an appt the very next day. They also reminded me about maintenance and recommended do have it done at the appt. I was so grateful!! They were awesome to work with. Would 100% recommend!
We scheduled an appointment to have our humidifier synced with our Nest. We were informed that our current humidifier (a much older model) was not compatible. We purchase a newer model and it was installed the same Day for a reasonable price. Our Technician was very thorough, and respectful of our property and explained the process of the install without getting annoyed by me hovering around while he worked. Thank you Matt, I appreciate your professionalism. We will use Petterman again.
Bryce Josh and Zack did an excellent job of installing my furnace. Not only were they professional but they left my house completely clean. I didn't have to lift a finger when they left.
