Austin was/is our repairman. He is great! Our furnace broke down again. This time we think we got the cause of our yearly breakdowns. Usually, for the past few years, our furnace would burn out a control board every year. It started a long time ago when the exhaust fan started squealing. at first, just barely. This year it got loud. So we asked Austin to install the new fan that I had purchased last year. After making sure it was the right one (it is), he installed it. I got home and asked my wife if we finally had heat, she said, "Don't you hear it running?" NO. She huffed,"You don't hear it?!" I said, "No, and that's the point!" The furnace is operating quietly like it is supposed to. As a former HVAC tech, I could go into a lengthy explanation why the fan was burning out boards but I won't. Thanks Austin! You are our guy from now on.

I had a great experience today with Brandyn. I expressed my concern based on reviews on Facebook and that I was worried I would experience predatory practices or have someone who didn't want to do their job right. This was absolutely not the case. He checked everything and explained everything he was doing. showed me what he found and explained how he tested it. I was involved in the whole process and he answered every question and was very empathetic to our situation. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He got everything taken care of same day! I'm very happy he offered me the monthly membership that saves me the 85$ fee on a maintenance check up for my furnace and air conditioner. I even saved money today by getting it! Thank you Peterman Brothers! Please let Brandyn know he is much appreciated and I will deal with him only for my HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!!!!
