I started OTF in 2022 and never looked back. I love that all you have to do is bring a good attitude to your workout, the template does the rest! The coaches help make sure you have the right form and are generally happy to advise on any fitness related issues/questions. Bonus - it’s a fun and supportive community and you get used to seeing familiar friendly faces in any class you book.
New city, new job, new routine—and Orangetheory was exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are 🔥 and already planned out, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The coach Cam and Sara were very welcoming and helpful, and they answered all my questions. I’m really looking forward to joining this community! 🧡💪
Fantastic place. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. It can seem overwhelming at first, but still with it for a few classes and you’ll probably be hooked. Also get the heart rate monitor - I love tracking my stats and to see where I’m improving.
