“Your company and the two gentlemen who arrived at my house for this service this morning did an excellent job. They called before they arrived to let me know they were on their way which I appreciated because I had two small animals to confine before their arrival. They arrived on time and did a walk through of the house with me to find out about any areas that I was particularly concerned with. One thing in particular was carpet problems I needed to address after the passing of an elderly cat with liver disease who had gastro and urine accidents before her passing. Although the wear of the carpets were not an issue, her illness resulted in color stain areas in two of the rooms and some urine areas in one room that I could not get out with commercial carpet solutions I tried to use in the past. They were very respectful and understanding about my concerns. I added on an extra rug and a smaller closet area that I forgot to mention at the time I booked the service and they had no problem doing so and were very helpful with that. Once they started working they were quick, efficient and thorough. When they finished I was able to do a walk through while they were still there and they cared about whether or not I was happy with the service. I can absolutely say that I was very happy, pleased and relieved at the results. My carpets were far from being new and possibly original to the house when it was built in the late 80's. Although I had used my own steam cleaner on the carpets over the years, I was not necessarily hopeful that a carpet cleaning company could really get the results that your company did and at the price you did. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company and would absolutely use them again for any future needs. I am absolutely horrible with names so I apologize but please give a special thanks to your two employees who came to my house for your service.
