Adam was highly recommended by our trusted realtor. We were so relieved to hear from a honest professional in his field. We were told many untruths from other restoration and contractors before Adam.Adam diagnosed the problem. He was also able to give us several options on how to fix the problem. He saved us from unnecessary costs an reconstruction of our bathroom. My advise, before you call anyone else. Get an honest diagnoses from Adam. Thanks again Adam!!
Ross Restoration was incredibly helpful as we dealt with water damage from a leaking shower. Adam came out promptly and was very knowledgeable and honest with me about ways I could do the restoration work myself to save money and was kind and willing to provide additional support via text and sending pictures once we got deeper into the remediation process. He also provided an excellent referral to a plumber who was able to stop out same day at a very reasonable cost. While we didn’t officially hire Ross Restoration to do any work (thanks to the knowledge Adam kindly shared) based on our experience I am confident that they would provide excellent service and quality...read full review
Didn't actually use their services (ended up not needing to hire anyone) but they were very helpful in figuring out who I needed to call first and how to deal with insurance if I was going to end up needing them. Thanks Trisha!
