“I’ve met Silas more than a year ago and since then my results are way better. At the same time I’m spending about twice less time on trainings than I used to. It was 3 trainings a week, now we switched it to 5 (because that’s what I wanted) and he is still very flexible about time we are meeting. He is going above a beyond to accommodate our schedules and even if it’s not possible within a certain day, Silas sending me list of exercise, so I can do it by myself.
