“Went to an event hosted at F45 training in North Fishers. It was by far the hardest work class I have ever done which is good and bad, lol! Bad because I realize how out of shape I am, but good because it truly taught me so much and the coaches took the time to explain all the different workouts and they were very helpful. The coaches also made an environment that was so much fun, they were all happy and smiling and could tell they enjoyed working there.“
“Any equipment you could ask for, it’s here! No waiting in line or signing up for a time to use the equipment Fun atmosphere!!“
“They rate well because they do a good job of training in self defense. They lose a star for a couple of reasons:- Junior is temperamental. You rub him the wrong way and he's going to go off on you verbally. It takes a LOT of effort to calm him down after he's triggered.- Canceling membership requires a printed letter either hand delivered or sent via certified mail. Kind of an annoyance especially if you would rather not go back into the facility.“
“**Studio Fit'Nez is truly exceptional!** I was introduced to it by a friend who is an athletic trainer, and I'm so glad she did. The studio is perfectly sized--despite multiple coaches and clients working at the same time, you still get your own space and privacy for a full, focused personal training session. **Equipment:** Top-notch with plenty of variety, allowing for continuous progress. I've been advancing quickly, yet the workouts remain challenging thanks to the different equipment available. I can't imagine ever outgrowing the options they provide. **Cleanliness:** This is crucial for me, and the coaches here are meticulous. Every piece of equipment is disinfected after each use, and the facility is always spotless. **Coaches:** Outstanding! Professional, supportive, and genuinely kind. They really push you to reach your best. My trainer, Victoria Evans, is hands down the best I've ever worked with. Her coaching extends beyond our sessions--she designs independent workouts for me, offers dietary advice within her scope, and provides full running coaching to help me reach my goal of running a half marathon. Victoria doesn't believe in shortcuts; she focuses on changing your mindset and simplifying weightlifting, which has made it much less intimidating for me. **The Owner:** I had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa (Nez), the owner, on Labor Day. Despite the early hour, she was there coaching a client, and she remembered my name the next time we met. Nez takes the time to connect with everyone who walks through the door, which speaks to the welcoming atmosphere of the studio. If you're unsure where to start, visit the studio and meet the coaches. While I'm a little biased and think Coach V is the best, you'll get outstanding coaching no matter who you choose. I told my friend I'd drive anywhere in town for a great trainer, but I got lucky--it's just 15 minutes away!“
