“After taking a break from TKD for 10 years, I wanted to get back into it (and back in shape!) and found Apex Tae Kwon Do. Master Stephen has been a fantastic instructor who fits exactly what I was looking for: kind and disciplined. He has multiple class options that work well with different work schedules and is reasonably priced. When I have to travel for work, he is understanding and works with me to make sure I'm getting the most of out my curriculum. He pushes everyone to do better than they did previously, no matter where they start at. Also, he is exceptionally organized and communicative and maintains a high level of cleanliess.

The other adult students have also been very friendly and welcoming. Saturday morning classes give me such a boost of energy to start the weekend! I already feel more fit, energized, and generally happier because of my training; it's a great mix of working out while having fun. If you have a desk job, I highly recommend this sport and school to get into shape!“

“They rate well because they do a good job of training in self defense.They lose a star for a couple of reasons:- Junior is temperamental. You rub him the wrong way and he's going to go off on you verbally. It takes a LOT of effort to calm him down after he's triggered.- Canceling membership requires a printed letter either hand delivered or sent via certified mail. Kind of an annoyance especially if you would rather not go back into the facility.“
