“We used Bill Morgan Roofing for a roof inspection after we had a little bit of damage following a windstorm. From the initial call requesting someone to come out, all the way through a complete roof replacement, we were more than impressed. Within 24 hours of our initial call, a team came out to inspect and do a hasty repair to hold us over until details could be worked out with the insurance company for the final repair. Mr. Morgan and his company worked seamlessly between us and the insurance company to ensure we were getting appropriate repair/replacement coverage. Once logistics were worked out with the insurance company, a crew was sent to remove our old roof and install a new one. The crew was polite, efficient, and what impressed us most was the fact that they were constantly picking up any stray trash or shingles. “Absolutely Respectable:I did not contract them. As they were tearing down a building next to my house they saw it was going to leave a hole in our fence due to the building being removed. Then fence happened to be leaning, it may have been five minutes of their time, but they supported our fence back up right. It was beautiful to walk into my house and see that kindness they showed our family. If we ever need work done, this act of kindness just got a customer for life!!! Not to mention, they greeted us anytime they saw us leaving or coming home, and they made sure to keep our house protected while they tore down the other one.
