“Contracted with this company to install new gutters and downspouts. My contact was Ronnie Sutton and he stayed in close contact with me regarding a date the job would be completed. Looks great on my home! The job was completed in a timely manner and all old gutters and downspouts were hauled away. The workers were very nice. Best price in town.The only problems were;1) Mr. Sutton never made an appearance the day of installation. I paid the bill and received a receipt from one of his workers.2) On one corner of my home, there is a very large, very old lilac bush. One of the workers informed me that he had to remove "dead" branches from the center of the bush to access the downspout. After the workers left, I went to clean up said "dead" branches. The problem was, they were NOT dead. I took pictures, sent them to Mr. Sutton via text explaining that due to the age and size of the bush, replacement was not possible and the value was too high for compensation.
