We arrived home after a holiday with family to find a drain had backed up causing extensive damage to our basement. While I recall much of that first experience, my mind gravitates to the positives. ServiceMaster’s team members each played an important role in turning what was initially a very stressful situation into a very manageable experience.<br><br>Our second call to ServiceMaster (within the last month) was due to a new incident with the same drain issue mentioned above. Round two was user error. The good news was that we were home, and we were able to course correct as best we could. However, I am a firm believer in relying on professionals to address major issues. ServiceMaster had the perfect combination of expertise and the team members that I wanted for addressing this issue. I am an optimist, and I will continue to find the positives. We now understand how to prevent this issue from recurring, and we know that ServiceMaster is consistent in the way they care for their community.<br><br>It’s not often that you find a company that can accomplish what this Bloomington ServiceMaster team can do.
