“I could not be happier with the plumbing service at Onsite. I had damage to my main water line as a result of a town project. The resulting leak was causing me to loose 3 gallons of water a minute. The first plumber I called quoted an astronomical amount for a massive repair. I called Onsite late on a Friday afternoon for a second opinion, one of the owners came right over. They had a much more manageable solution to the problem that not only saved me money but left my foundation intact and they fit me into the schedule on Monday morning. While they were working on the repair an engineer with the town showed up to assess my property damage Onsite took extra steps to show that the leak was a result of the project and ultimately I was able to receive a reimbursement for the repair.

I appreciate their effort and also that it didn’t feel like they were immediately set on recommending the most expensive repair option.“

“We wanted to proactively replace our 11-year-old Sump Pumps in advance of impending rains. Sam arrived ahead of schedule. After a quick discussion, we had two brand new Sump Pumps installed. “Our first experience with Best Mechanical was a major residential project. Our house is on a concrete slab and the water lines within the concrete slab were about 18 years old and the copper tubing had started to fracture in various places all over the house under the concrete. Adam Pontrich and his crew came and inspected and upon assessment we had an excellent open discussion of the available options. Because there was no way to guarantee that there would not be future failures over time of the copper tubing in the slab The solution was to go with insulated pex waterlines in the attic above. This necessitated significant plumbing and drywall work. Their crew did an absolutely first class job on time within the quote and we couldn’t have been more impressed.

We just recently had Best Mechanical replace our gas water heater and inspect and do maintenance on our HVAC system. The HVAC tech, Mike did an excellent job and adjusted the blower speed on our unit so that the AC would do a better job of drawing out humidity while at the same time not have to run as often. We would’ve never known!
The plumbing tech, Chris did an excellent job. He is not only a first rate plumber he’s a first rate individual. Best Mechanical is blessed to have him on their team .“
