I had a problem with raccoons getting in my attic through a hole in my soffit. The quote I was given included capturing raccoons, a cleaning of all raccoon leavings, and insulation installation. He was going to charge me a flat rate for catching raccoons if we caught 5 or 6, but we thankfully didn't catch any more so I was not charged. What he thought was raccoon leavings in my attic was actually shingle pieces throughout my attic which was a mistake on his part but he was honest and corrected it so I was not charged for a cleaning. I decided I would do insulation in the attic myself so I was not charged that labor. I did want help closing off the holes in my soffit so the problem would not continue and he did exactly that. He is a very honest man and charges accordingly for the work that is done. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of the services he offers!

We have lived in our home for almost 3 decades and have hired WIlmer Concrete to do different concrete jobs for us; driveway, sidewalk, patio, etc. and have used them year after year. Their work has been excellent. Their prices very reasonable and we always let them determine when the best time to do it is. They are very nice, very considerate and get the job done fast, unless weather jumps in a day or two with rain, then they come right back and it is done quickly. We have always given them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them.
