100% top notch! Rollin is honest, professional, personable, and truly goes out of his way to help. I called him about a house sparrow problem I was having, they were making nests in a small attic space gaining access through an unsecured gable vent. I had the vent screened off but unfortunately a few babies were trapped inside. Rollin came out within 15 minutes of calling, removed the dead birds and fully inspected the perimeter of my house for any existing unsecured access areas. He was polite, professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing assistance with wildlife/critter problems.

I had a problem with raccoons getting in my attic through a hole in my soffit. The quote I was given included capturing raccoons, a cleaning of all raccoon leavings, and insulation installation. He was going to charge me a flat rate for catching raccoons if we caught 5 or 6, but we thankfully didn't catch any more so I was not charged. What he thought was raccoon leavings in my attic was actually shingle pieces throughout my attic which was a mistake on his part but he was honest and corrected it so I was not charged for a cleaning.
