Dustin with New Wave came out to our house around 2017 after we moved in to our new-to-us home. He helped us get another year of life out of our original HVAC system at that time (as opposed to a competing big-name HVAC company that told us it needed replaced immediately). A year later when it was actually time to install a new system, he came out and put it in for an incredibly reasonable price. Today, six years later, we noticed our system not working correctly - at the start of a massive heat wave (of course!). Helped us out of a hot, sticky situation! Our old system was failing during a heat wave, and the folks at New Wave were able to get us cooled off. Pleasant, local, family business. Definitely recommend them!
The best! Dustin came out the same day I had an issue with my AC, explained everything well and took care of the issue and even took extra steps with my unit. Reliable, fast and very reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone with home needs, AC, furnace, etc.!
