Came out quickly to take care of my issue and offered a solution the previous company I consulted refused to do. Jetted a drain connected to my driveway and hopefully it will result in a permanent fix.

I had a new 5 star system installed. So far the system is preforming exceptionally. The installers came out and did a great job with a clean timely install. Avery did a great job explaining everything and keeping a good attention to detail while completing the install. We had a little water leak from having to remove the hot water heater and a plumber was dispatched in a timely fashion making things right. Overall they made making a major financial decision easy and reassuring.

I use ARS all the time and have the maintenance package that reduces the amount I pay for any extra service calls. Logan is the guy who came out pretty late because my 6 year old furnace was on auxiliary heat, which is emergency heat and can cost you a lot when your electric bill comes. Anyway he was very thorough and explained everything to us. I hope he comes back tomorrow to fix the rest of the problem, they need some parts and can do that during business hours tomorrow. Logan put my trust back fully in ARS.
