“We noticed our air conditioner was not running. We called the office and Justin got someone here quickly. Austin worked trying to get this problem fixed. Discovered a board had gone bad. He had to order a new one, hoping he could get it in by the next day. It took two days for them to get back out here. We were blessed with this cool weather. This problem was not fixed by replacing the new board. Justin worked all afternoon testing and testing. Justin came out the next day and he finally figured out another box had gone bad also. We now have cooling and thank all the employees at Indy Home Comfort Solutions who got our air conditioner running. They never gave up! Thank you all!“
