Popped in to this location because my four year old needed a bit of a course correction after my husband tried his hand at hair cutting. Sarah did an INCREDIBLE job fixing the disastrous haircut, and was so good with my son! She took the time to show him all the tools and explain what was going to happen, and really won his trust and cooperation. I was really grateful for not only her skill but her kindness and attention to how he would feel. If we lived in the area, I would go back all the time!

My 2 year old needed a haircut and he was not very cooperative. Courtney was so patient with him and made it work. He cried for most of the haircut but was fine by the end. He was thrilled to get a little toy at the end. Courtney went above and beyond. Thank you Courtney!Service: Kids' cuts

We have been going to Great Clips for a while but we've only been going to this particular location for a year. Everybody in there has been wonderful but we have lately have availed of services from Maria. She has always been very polite and welcoming very gracious and has taken good care of myself and my wife.So I'll check in and if I have to wait for her I will.Update 10/22/2023 - I went to get my haircut, and the wait was long. The girls kept reassuring us that they were working quick treated us wonderfully and made the time fly by.
