“This salon is located inside Carmel Office Suites, a funky building full of about 100 small businesses, the majority of them in the beauty industry. You'll find everything from facials, to spray tans, salons and more. Cowboys & Angels Salon is on the second floor and opened about two years ago. Owner Michelle is the sole hair stylist and shared that she most enjoys doing cuts and coloring (my friend gets her blonde color here and it's soooo good), as well as male haircuts too. I went for a simple, blunt trim and felt super satisfied. Michelle immediately found my natural part, cut it exactly how I described, and then styled it perfectly. She did beachy waves on me that gave me some texture and body. My hair is also sooo soft now. The products that she used smell great and the salon itself is decorated in a cute way. Michelle is easy to talk to, which is always a huge bonus when you visit a new hair stylist for the first time. Thank you!“

Her talent is truly incredible - she has an eye for color, is very meticulous, and has gift for maintaining hair health.
