“We noticed our air conditioner was not running. We called the office and Justin got someone here quickly. Austin worked trying to get this problem fixed. Discovered a board had gone bad. He had to order a new one, hoping he could get it in by the next day. It took two days for them to get back out here. We were blessed with this cool weather. This problem was not fixed by replacing the new board. Justin worked all afternoon testing and testing. Justin came out the next day and he finally figured out another box had gone bad also. We now have cooling and thank all the employees at Indy Home Comfort Solutions who got our air conditioner running. They never gave up! Thank you all!“

“I was looking for a capacitor for my 15 year old Carrier gas furnace.
I had looked at a number of websites, and found that Shorty's HVAC site was the easiest to navigate. when I was uncertain that I had the right part, I email the company and got a quick response. after explaining my situation and sending a photo of the part I wanted to replace, they were able to locate the part and ship it out the next day. I replaced the part and the furnace is humming along. the key point is Shortys was helpful beyond my expectations and found what I was unable to locally as easily here in WA state. I would definitely work with them in the future.“

“Had 2 systems installed by them them last July when we finished out upstair attic. They work great and heat and cool and make it very comfortable. The other night one of the systems flashed and error code and shut down. I called the them and left a message on the non emergency voicemail and expected a call back the following day since it was after hours. To my surprise I got a call back from them that night in less than an hour. I explained what was going on and told him the error code that had came up.he asked me a few questions and told me a few things I can check and do over the phone. This got the system reset and working again for me and he said that he would follow up the following day and schedule a service call if needed. Checked system the following day and everything was working as should. I was contacted the following morning and asked if everything was working and I told him yes everything is working as it should now. Thank you guys for the great customer service I will definitely give them a call when my system downstairs needs replaced or needs service in the future.“
