He came when he said he would. He showed David how to turn up the heat on the water heater and advised cleaning. He could have sails us a lot or tried to but he didn't. He said he could clean ut out and charge us but also showed David how to do it. Honest considerate. We're very happy with his service and look forward to a long relationship. Than you.

DO NOT HAVE ANY HVAC DONE BEFORE CONTACTING BEDELL!!!!In October 2022 I had contacted 2 other highly recognizable companies one of which was thru lowes to replace my heat pump. The estimates I was given were in the mid 5 figures. I contacted Bedell and they sent Chester out to give me an estimate. He was informative educational and straight forward. Their price blew away the others which on the surface would make you skeptical. The confidence I felt in Chester made me pull the plug and I am so glad I did. Their install team were great. I am so happy with the service I received from this company today. I called them at 7 this morning asking if they could give me a quote for some work. Backed up drains. Told them I didn't get off work till 4 pm and they were here waiting on me at 4. The price was so reasonable and the technician Freddie was so great. Very respectful of my home and fixed the problem. I can't wait to tell my family about them. So happy
