She knows what a trim is! And she does a fantastic job with my color! She also does what's best for your hair. The last time I was there, she dry cut my hair. It was definitely the right choice! Nicole is so friendly and easy to talk to. She offers drinks. She just makes you comfortable. The salon is light and airy. Nicole keeps her loft decorated super cute. “I've been coming here for a little over two years at this point and have had only one issue which was quickly remedied by another employee the next day. They have nice beds and I've never had an issue with cleanliness. The employees are always friendly, are quick to remember your name and knowledgeable about their products and services.I do wish sometimes they had some of the newer fancier beds available, not that the ones they have are old or anything, just so I could try something different. Although I haven't been to any of their other locations, I do know your membership travels with you if need be.It is one of my highlights of the week when I get out and go tan.
